Ingredients
2cup flour all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
2cup water
1egg
¼tspsalt
¼tspsugar
2-3tsp fresh or dried parsley (chopped)
Oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
Add water, egg, flour, salt, and sugar in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Transfer the batter to a medium bowl.
Add chopped parsley.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Brush the bottom of the skillet lightly with oil or butter.
Pour ½ cup of batter into the skillet, and spread evenly.
Cook on low-medium flame until it changes color then flip and apply oil or butter,
Press the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping the flatbread again.
Apply oil or butter again to the flatbread, and cook it for 2-3 minutes or until both sides are light golden brown.
