3ripe bananas (mashed)
3large eggs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 cup almond flour
1½ cup oat flour (gluten-free certified if needed)
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup chia seeds
½tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Combine the mashed bananas, eggs, brown sugar, cocoa powder, butter, chia seeds, baking powder, baking soda, almond, and oatmeal flour in a large bowl.
Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
