Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1- clove finely grated garlic
1- tablespoon chopped fresh mint or cilantro (coriander leaves)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel and grate the cucumber finely. You can also dice it if you prefer.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until it becomes smooth.
Add the grated cucumber and garlic to the yogurt.
Add cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Stir in the chopped mint or cilantro (coriander leaves).
