Ingredients
1/2cupunsalted butter at room temperature
1/2cupbrown sugar
3-largeeggs
1/4tspsalt
1cupoatmeal flour
1½cupsalmond flour
2largeripe bananas, mashed (or 3 medium bananas)
1tspcinnamon
1/2cupchocolate chips
1/2tspbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°, and grease a 9x5x3 inch bread pan.
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and mix until everything is perfectly combined.
Combine oatmeal flour, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Fold in mashed banana and chocolate chips.
Mix just until combined. Do not over-mix.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the cake tester comes clean.
