One tablespoon of lime juice
One teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
One clove of garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
Prepare cucumber noodles
