Ingredients
1 Cup rolled oats
½Almond flour
½Teaspoon baking soda
¼Teaspoon salt
½Teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼Cup unsweetened applesauce
1 Mashed ripe banana
¼Cup creamy nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
¼Cup of honey or maple syrup
½ Cup chopped walnuts or pecans (option)
⅓Cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mashed banana in a large bowl.
Add oats, almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, apple sauce, nut butter, and maple syrup.
Mix until just combined.
Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and slightly firm.
