1cupcottage cheeseblended or chunky
1/2cupshredded cheese of your choice

Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or cheese, or herbs
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
Line the basket with parchment paper.
Make the dough:
Combine self-rising flour, cottage cheese, shredded cheese of your choice, and additional ingredients.
Stir until a dough forms. Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
If it is sticky, add a little extra flour.
Shape bagels:
