- 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup crushed tomato
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 - medium onion, diced
- 3- garlic cloves, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, diced
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
