Liquid Dough Roti Recipe

Liquid Batter Roti Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried parsley (chopped)
  • Oil or butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add water, egg, flour, salt, sugar, and parsley and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the batter to a medium bowl.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Brush the bottom of the skillet lightly with oil or butter.
  • Pour ½ cup of batter into the skillet, and spread evenly.
  • Cook on low-medium flame until it changes color then flip and apply oil or butter,
  • Gently press the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, and cook for 1-2minutes before flipping the flatbread again.
  • Apply oil or butter again to the flatbread, and cook the flatbread for 1-2 minutes or until it's light golden brown.
