Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup water
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp fresh or dried parsley (chopped)
- Oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a blender, add water, egg, flour, salt, sugar, and parsley and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a medium bowl.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brush the bottom of the skillet lightly with oil or butter.
- Pour ½ cup of batter into the skillet, and spread evenly.
- Cook on low-medium flame until it changes color then flip and apply oil or butter,
- Gently press the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, and cook for 1-2minutes before flipping the flatbread again.
- Apply oil or butter again to the flatbread, and cook the flatbread for 1-2 minutes or until it's light golden brown.
