Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken 
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp roasted red pepper seasoning (optional)
  • salt to taste

Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ tsp mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 white or red onions, sliced
