  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free sweetened shredded coconut

  • 3/4 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
