  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½- inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
