Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 359°F. Grease a 9x3x3-inch loaf pan or mini loaf pan.
- In a large bowl mash the banana. Add all ingredients to the mash banana.
- Mix well with the spatula.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30- 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let the cake loaf cool in the pan for 15 minutes, until firm enough to handle, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
