Mint Chutney

Bright green and fresh herb-based sauce, goes with almost any savory food, especially with Indian snacks or as a dipping sauce with kebabs and tandoori chicken.

This one is perfect on a buffet with beef tenderloin or sandwiches spread

Ingredients
  

Mint Chutney

  • 1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup onions, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tamarind juice or lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 small fresh chilies
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup of water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients together.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
