Ingredients

  • 3-4 small apples ( Pick a very red apple to get a pretty red color ) 
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1- tablespoon lemon juice

For assembling

  • 1- sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1- egg (for egg wash)
  • 1- tbsp sugar 

Almond Cream

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1- large eggs
  • 1- tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar

For serving (optional)

  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Almond Cream

  • Mix almond flour, egg, sugar, and flour in a small bowl and mix well.

Apple Filling

  • Don't Peel; just core and finely slice the apples.
