Ingredients
- 3 cups all,purpose flour
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp cold butter
- 2 large eggs plus one egg whites
- ¾ cup light cream or milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cold butter, with a hand or pastry blender,cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a small bowl mix eggs and light cream together.
- Pour the cream mixture into the flour, and stir until combined.
- Turn the dough on the lightly floured surface, and with a hand, pat the dough into a round shape, with a round cookie cutter, cut about 12 small pieces.
- Brush the egg whites over the dough, place edible flowers, and brush with egg whites again so the flowers will stick to the dough or add the flowers midway through baking.
- Bake until lightly golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
