- 5-6 curry leaves, fresh or dried
- ½ -inch cinnamon stick
- 3-4 cardamom pods
- ½ cup peas
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2½ cup cooked rice
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
